CANCELLATION / RETURN and REFUND POLICIES
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to give your best effort to enjoy your product, and not us a try on and buy/return mentality.
“Colorado has no right to cancel contracts or purchase agreements. Whether you can receive a refund is dependent on the retailer’s return and refund policies.”
If you are dissatisfied with your product please give us a call to discuss the issue. If you are still dissatisfied, and the product is returned within 30 days utilising a certified mail with confirmation of delivery with USPS® Certified Mail Service or similar with tracking and specified delivery date. With a written notice as to why you are returning a hand made product we will refund your purchase minus a $75 jewelry cleaning and restocking fee.
For jewelry that is made on special order, we may not be able to refund you as personalised products are unique to you. Please call so that we can find an amicable solution that benefits both parties.
